Password match MQL5 vs MT4 platform

On a MT4 platform, MQL5 password is doesn't match, when I try to download from market an EA. On google and safari the same password work properly. What could be fault?
 

password in Community tab in Metatrader?
You should fill Community tab with your forum login (your forum login is pavelino; do not use your email for login) and your forum password.

i can't login with my google account because mt4 pc terminal not have google login options

If you forgot your password, or you registered using google or facebook so use the following link to get new password for example:
https://www.mql5.com/en/auth_forgotten

Same with what?
Community tab password is your forum password, and it is password for Community tab of MT4 and MT5 (and it is not the password which can be received from google and facebook for example).
