Greetings ladies and gentlemen. I recently updated my MT5 and since then it keeps shutting itself down. Crashing every now and then. When I open it it takes just a few minutes and then will automatically shut down. I have uninstalled and re-installed but still does not solve my problem. What could be the problem? Whatever information is required I will provide. Thanks in advance.
Open the log file (Log tab) and read all messages (for the whole day).

the log file says

Look in the terminal data directory for the folder and log file /Crash/crash.log. If you do not have time to open the data directory, then look for the data directory in the folder
C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ MetaQuotes \ Terminal \ terminal id
I have this problem too! every time mq5 crashed this log is written in the log file! I do not know how to solve it.

And which Windows version do you have?
Because MT5 does not work on Windows 32-bit.
