MT5 crashing/shutting down after few minutes

Greetings ladies and gentlemen. I recently updated my MT5 and since then it keeps shutting itself down. Crashing every now and then. When I open it it takes just a few minutes and then will automatically shut down. I have uninstalled and re-installed but still does not solve my problem. What could be the problem? Whatever information is required I will provide. Thanks in advance.

Open the log file (Log tab) and read all messages (for the whole day).

 

i experienced the same issue

the log file says 

FO 0 22:44:03.752 Network '17144601': scanning network finished

ED 0 22:44:35.686 Terminal exit with code 0

JS 0 22:44:35.708 Network '17144601': disconnected from FBS-Real

CE 0 22:44:36.298 Terminal stopped with 0

OQ 0 22:44:36.325 Terminal shutdown with 0

 
Same issue also for me. Every time I manually open MT5, but after few minutes it shuls down automatically without any hand/overload situation. I use Windows 10 Pro. What was the problem?

Look in the terminal data directory for the folder and log file /Crash/crash.log. If you do not have time to open the data directory, then look for the data directory in the folder

C: \ Users \ username \ AppData \ Roaming \ MetaQuotes \ Terminal \ terminal id

I have this problem too! every time mq5 crashed this log is written in the log file! I do not know how to solve it. 
Please give me some advice.

Which build of MT5?
And which Windows version do you have?

Because MT5 does not work on Windows 32-bit.
