how can i change my mt4 account that is copying signals to another account that relates to another broker?

my mt4 account is copying someone's signals in here but i want to change this account to another account .. the account relates to fxopen company but i want to change it to an account relates to exness company

You can move your signal subscription, but only once a week here: https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/subscriptions

and your MQL5 VPS subscription here: https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

i done all the steps but the signals are not copied in my new account!!

also the steps needed only to add the login of the new account that the signals will be copied on but it didnt require any password!!

If the signal is not copied so all the information should be available in Metatrader journal (or in MQL5 VPS journal in case you are using MQL5 VPS for signal subscription) to this new trading account (it should be written there about the following: what was not copied and why). Same with old trading account.
So, I am suggesting to you to read Metatrader journal/logs (or in MQL5 VPS journal).
