platform crashed and I lost all my back up files

hi hi to all,
I'm new one in the community. I started with Metatrader for MQL5. In a program update, something happened and the platform crashed. My mistake, i uninstalled it and installed it again.
Unfortunately, the result was to create a new demo account and to loose all my files (scripts, include files and EA). I was connected with my profile but unfortunately I cannot see my files. Any idea how to restore my files?

Have a look here ......\AppData\Roaming\MetaQuotes\Terminal\ and inspect the folders like ...\Terminal\ BCDEABB7FE91819D147F14B92E0D9730.
