Signal copy is fine, but at sometime, Only part of the trade in Signal is copied

HI happy new year , i had subscript one signal since October, and it always copy part of the trades only, for example yesteday, 3 trades opened position and 2 trades were closed and 1 trade remain open, do you have any idea why it is ?
i subscript several signal and seems to be problem only with one signal,. Any idea? thanks a lot

the log says: " does not exist on signal provider account...

but it is not the case because it always works, but not all the time..

anyone could help me because it is annoying thanks a lot.

It seems that trading in your account is not enabled, contact your broker to enable it.

Also check that you have all the necessary instruments/pairs enabled in MT4/5 >> View >> Symbols.
