The buy button appears as if you did not purchase.

Hi Everyone,
I'm just setting up a new device, downloaded MT4 and logged into the terminal.
Signed into the market and went to download my previous purchases but only one purchase is showing and its asking me to buy again.
The one that is showing has only been activated on one different device previously.
I've also tried going via the desktop site but when I click on purchases there is nothing there at all!
Can anyone help with this?
I've spent Good money buying indicators and dint really want to lose them.

Today i was check my purchase item . I was purchase 4 application two is utility and two is indicator. But now it not seen in my purchase list and also i go to market and search purchase item then that product shown one again purchase . I want to know why i need to pay once again ? Please check my purchase product and tell me issue.
