My signal provider had 2 trade in 2 days that I subscribe, but I didn't have any trade in my metatrader.

I want to ask, how can I solve this problem?

is a VPS a necessary procedure for using signal? or you cn do it without VPS?

You can copy a signal locally on your computer, but you will be exposed to power and network outages.

Its highly recommended to use MQL5 VPS for signal subscriptions.
