Five stars missing on my EA

This morning, five stars have simply disappeared  from my EA. I guess it's a technical problem.

Thank you for the quick response. I think I know the reason why the automatic system took down five stars off my robot. So, I solved the reason, now I hope that 5 stars will be returned very soon.

I can not comment because I have no idea about how it should be for example.

I think - they are doing .something .. technical maintenance ...
paypal mobile works :) (website - does not) ... seems some global thing ..

Yes, I noticed that something was not working properly because the website was down today. After that, all statistics disappeared. Well, I hope that after the maintenance, everything will be fine. Thank you for your prompt response.
