EA Error, please help

hi guys , i had EA programmed on freelance and coder deliver ea and i paid him  but i have issue with ea its opening trade in M5 but not opening any trade in any other time frame but when i run ea in tester it works perfectly fine but in live market its not opening any trade in any other time frame except M5 , its multi currency EA and its gives alert in all time frame but not opening any trade, and coder is not replying my message , can someone pls help, thanks

Hi Bidhan A Patel, I emphatize with the fact that source code is not available if you purchased the EA from a seller / developer, hence I will try to put on the the table a few things I would carry on to guess what's going on.  Starting from the fact that it creates tickets in M5, and it works fine in the strategy tester, I kindly ask a few questions in order to focus on the error "uninit reason 5" at the end of your log:
1. Are you using MT4 or MT5?
2. How many tickets did it create in M5 in your account (with out the Strategy Tester)?
3. On which symbols did it create tickets in your account in period M5?   if possible, how many on each?
4. For the symbol where most tickets were created, what is the size of the lot, and what is the date-time of first and last ticket?
5. Are you trying in a demo account (or real)?
6. Please, run again, the EA on the strategy tester with the same currency of your account, and same initial balance as your account?

Aim of the latter is to check if it creates the same tickets as those you see online.  I hope at this point you have a match, or at least very close to what you found in your broker with that symbol, those dates, that particular timeframe M5.  If that is the case I would suggest a few tests with another symbol or another timeframe in order to compare what is in the strategy tester log after or instead the "uninit reason 5" and what are the parameters you have for the EA.  But those tests would be after assessing the initial answer from the above questions, please.

I think I could suggest further tests comparing results and logs between the EA and the results in your broker by picking up for instance period M1 or M15.  The reason is because I won't be able to troubleshoot "REASON CODE 5" without the source code, hence the only thing I am able to assist is guiding a few more tests to guess what would the EA need you to perform differently in your broker to obtain the same results the EA shows in the strategy tester.
Sorry for asking a burden of questions, it's just difficult without the source code :-)
