Login into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community tab and go down in the Market tab of the Terminal/Toolbox window and install your purchase again (click on the Purchased option on the left and then on the Install button on the far right).

Thanks for responding!! That is the problem, it went back to the buy, rent buttons. The install button is not there like I never purchased it.

Login with your: eubush1 username and not your email, also make sure that you've purchased it under the same MQL5 account.

I purchased it on the metatrader instead of mql5.com because I couldn't get it to recognize the purchase on the metatrader so I just purchased it straight from the metatrader. mql5.com  showed it as being purchased but when I went to the metatrader it only said buy or rent and never install until I purchased it straight on the metatrader in the terminal under the market tab.

You can check the following:

  • did you connect to Community tab with your forum login (your forum login is eubush1; not your email) and your forum password?
  • also - check the version of Internet Explorer (Market tab is using Internet Explorer the latest version; my IE version is 11).

And - yes, you can go to this page https://www.mql5.com/en/users/eubush1/market to check about what you bought (it should be written there in case you bought it using your current username as eubush1 ).

Ok I went back and made sure I was logged in with my forum login (eubush1) and then it showed me my balance of $15.00 which is correct but my purchase is not showing. It is the weirdest thing because I had saved the EA in my favorites to get right back to it and I can't even pull it up that way.

If you don't see the EA here, you haven't purchased it with that MQL5 account.

Besides, it may be different in your profile and in the terminal. It is the reply from the service desk (which I received some time ago for the other case):

The profile displays only significant purchases:
  1. The product was bought for money
  2. The product is now not free, even if downloaded for free.

In the terminal, one category is added to this all:

  1. Physically installed on the device
Hence the difference.

And you can find the product in Metatrader by search it (in Metatrader) - use the search function in the top right corner of Metatrader - it is example about how to search the signal - (but you can use it/same for the product as well).

 

I had to reinstall MT4 and I'm trying to reinstall an indicator, but seems like the account got somewhere else. How may I get this product back, as It's already paid? The Author is with a different account as noted on his comments.
