Why failed download product 403

Hi When clicking "Update" icon to update a product I purchased,  the update failed.

An error message was shown in Journal:  Failed dowaload product 'product name' [403].

How to fix the error so I can update the product?

You can check about the following:

• did you fill Community tab with your forum login and forum password? (your forum login is pctrader2; do not use your email for login),
• also check Internet Explorer (the latest version should be installed on your computer; I am having version 11).
