Password not coming to my email

I still do not receive it on any of my emails that I have registered.
Tried to register a new one and nothing there either.
I am just getting slightly desperate to get things going on my side..
I have cancelled my purchase and the money is now lying on my account. But I cannot use it and am completely stuck...

I have an account with MQL5 but could not remember my password, so I requested it to be sent to me.
It never came through.
I then created a new account with a new email account and it didn't send me the password there either.
So I have logged on here, using my Google account, but when I enter my Google account details on the community section on MQL5 to register a new EA that I bought, it doesn't accept my Google account details and password on there.
How can I get this site to send me my password??
I have probably done over 20 requests and no emails arrive on any of the 3 accounts I have registered.
