Literally a few hours after ordering, the author’s account signal is not available. Can I request a refund?

There are some options which some people are using - but I have vener tried them so I have no idea - does it work for now or not.
But you can try -

• If you cancel your subscription you will get a refund for the months, that haven't started yet.
• If you unsubscribe within 24 hours of your initial subscription, you will get an automatic full refund.
