You can try to check your login to Community tab in Metatrader,
and check your Internet Explorer (IE) in your Windows 10 (IE should be the latest version; I am having version 11).

You can try to find the indicator using search in Metatrader (on the top right corner of Metatrader - type the name of the indicator and search).
If not help so it may be for several cases:

• you login to Community tab in Metatrader with different login/pass (means: you bought indicator from the different forum profile);
• you did not update Internet Explorer to the version 11 for example.

Also - check this indicator in your profile in https://www.mql5.com/en/users/hamikeskİn/market

Besides, I see that your username is hamikeskİn (username is your login to Community tab in Metatrader).
And İ is not in English? Is it not English letter?
So, it may be the reason ...

Anyway - you can check your profile on the left side for Purchases
