I am not a seller, but i have funds i put in account and now i want to get them back.

How can i do that ? I msg MQL5 and no anwser.

Should i open PayPal dispute to get my money back ?

 

You can only withdraw earned funds from MQL5 (from selling products or services in this website).
It is the rule.

So if send them by PayPal funds i can't get them back just by PayPal ?

You send them funds to buy the product in the Market, to subscribe to the signal and to use in Freelance (exact ammount).
or you can pay directly from your paypal account for the product in the Market, or to subscribe to the Signal and so on (without sending the funds to them).

But if you are going to send them fund, and next day - withdraw the funds, send them funds and withdraw the fund ... so it is impossible according to the rules (and the rules exist from long time ago).

 

Only did it once. To pay for VPS and signal.

Then it wasn't working for me, i cancel subscription (but still payed for them, no problem).

But i have send 140USD and use only 60USD, i have 80USD that i want back.
