I paid for signal subscription but its not active

I paid for a signal subscription via Paypal and payment was sucessfull but when i go into my signals there is 0 active why? I need fast replay else i have to open a dispute on paypal to get my money back.
 

How many days ago did you pay?
Because when I pay by paypal so the money is going for 3-5 working days (from/to Russia; within one country).
It may be different from your country ...

As far as I know - the users are depositing the money from their mql5 forum account, and after that only - they are subscribing to the signal.

Anyway - you can check the subscription on this page: https://www.mql5.com/en/signals/subscriptions
Or you can write to the service desk (or write to paypal for example).
