Installation is failed

I am getting this error on both my PC and my VPS

2020.04.08 03:43:35.579 MQL5 Market failed download product (www.mql5.com:443 send failed [500: Internal Server Error])

I already do all the manual: delete everything inside the Community folder & common folder in the terminal, restart mt5, relogin to mql5 community, try download the EA again int the purchased tab ... it still doesn't work

that are 3 different product (EA) for mt5 and everything show the same error.

I'm using mql5 VPS btw.

and my mt5 already the latest version

I checked - it works  for MT4 but it does not work for MT5.
Seems - same issue which was fixed 2nd of April.
I hope - it will be fixed soon (I reported to the service desk).
