Verification Error on EA Market

Can anyone please help explain what might be causing the following errors when under verification test for uploading the EA onto the Market space. There seems to be no definitive answer to this, to my knowledge.
The EA didn't place any trades. Isn't that obvious?
You need to check your code and see why there were no trades.

test on GBPUSDcheck,M30 there are no trading operations
test on XAUUSDcheck,Daily there are no trading operations
