How can i clear the multiple digits on my platform (help)

Help : i need help on how to clear the messy digit all over my MT5 trading
platform, it has created a mess all over my platform, i cant even view my candles again
pls guys tell me how to clear that stuffs. i have attached 2 pictures of the platform with the mess,
i suspect its EA setting but dont know how to get rid of them
Click on chart > F8 > uncheck "Show object descriptions"
