VPS not working, no response from service desk?

My VPS isn't working and I'm getting no response from the service desk. I paid the $95 for it and I can't run the VPS and I'm not getting a response from the service desk to help me. I've already tried to get help on the forum to no avail. What is the time frame for help? I want a refund on the VPS because I can't access it and they won't help me through it.

What is your MQL5 VPS problem, how do you know that is not working?

Nothing has changed. They asked for a verification picture, which I sent. But they still have my old email up on my profile. Plus, I still can't access the VPS. 

Naturally, I'm asking for a refund.

No response from service desk. I haven't been able to use my VPS for over a month because it doesn't work. I tried to get my email changed due to an issue with an old email that doesn't work almost 3 weeks ago. Still no response. Does anyone know what's going on with the service desk?

I do not know all the particularities concerning your issue ... but I know that the service desk is mainly dealing with the financial issue (for example, your request to refund may be related to it).

The technical possible issue should be discussed on the forum.

The service desk may help in some case by replying directly to the thread. But you should provide all the technical information (MT4 or MT5, VPS logs from VPS journal in txt folmat, and so on). For example, it is the thread where the service desk is replying:
