subscription question

Hello,

I am new to this site and signal service and I thought I would give it a try.  I just setup a demo account and subscript to a free signal, but when looking at the "Journal" I see alot of fail connection and authentication.  I have a feeling that half of the position did not get copy over to my account?

 I read that my system has to be up and running, but what if my computer goes to sleep, will that disconnect my session to the signal provider.

Please help me understand this process or provide a link to the documentation.

contact your broker and check if they allow signal copying
