1. When trying to logon to the web terminal I receive an error message saying. Web terminal is not supported by this MetaTrader server. Please contact your broker to update server. Could you please assist me with this issue?

If your broker does not support this WebTerminal so ask your broker.

Because there are a lot of the brokers who support this WebTerminal, and you can connect with your demo or real account with them (or create demo/real accounts).
But there are some brokers who are not supporting ..
