metaquotes ID
Is my Metaquotes ID a log in number an avatar or my email address ? In my mailbox in mt4 platform any of my registration details do not appear to include be my ID.

Ok I have my ID from mt4 platform/ tools/options/notifications. But in updating my mobile details in my profile the Metaquotes ID is not recognized, so not able complete that process to fund account to subscribe to another signal provider.
Sorry am getting nowhere fast, my Metaquotes ID is not valid so i cannot deposit funds to subscribe to another provider.

I have no idea sorry ... you may try to write to ServiceDesk for example

Hi my account says it has been banned - what on earth is going on i have tried to contact sevice desk but had no reply, i see in the security section of my profile if the mataquotes box is left blank it does move to the naxt option and send a code to my mobile. But then my account was blocked and now i see banned.

how can you post here now if banned? You should wait for the reply from the ServiceDeck because they can help in case it is real issue
