how to open a real meta trader acccount

I am in Kenya and having trying to open an account for two months now. I don't know what the problem is.

Read/live trading account, or demo trading account?

If real account so you should find the broker and open the account with broker.
There are a lot of Metatrader brokers, and all of them are proposing real trading accounts (and demo account as well).
