How to report a signal when the history is deleted or modified.

Everyone is complaining about this signal : [...]
but why MQL5 is doing nothing about it.
The losses do not appear on the history. That is a scam.
How to report a such signal????

This signal was discussed in rus part of the forum 1 week ago (it was the discussion of 4 pages without breaking of the forum rules).

On my chart (see below), the signal closed at -29 dollars (the upper red bar is 1.13332, in 1-52 14,03,2019

At the copied signal, the transaction closed at +1 at the level of 1.13229 at the same time. (bottom red line)

The difference was more than 100 points.

How to explain it? What's the catch?

Due to the fact that we received a lot of complaints on the signal under discussion, we made a request to the brokerage company, in which the provider account is opened.

The brokerage company explained to us that the fault of the external liquidity provider had failed, due to which the deals of the corresponding signal provider account were affected: three deals were closed later than they should have been. Requests for closing transactions were not executed in a timely manner, and therefore the Signal Provider wrote a complaint to the broker. According to the results of consideration of the claim, the disputed transactions were closed by the broker at the requested price, but much later.

The Signals service (like any other service of copying transactions ) transmits the provider's trading operations to all subscribers in real time - after the fact that transactions are made on the account. As soon as the orders were closed by the broker on the account of the provider, the corresponding transactions were sent to the subscribers to the terminals. Since the closing of deals at the provider happened late, the results of closing deals on the subscriber side are different.

This situation is a force majeure, and could not be prevented by any provider, broker, or Signals service.

Transmission of this signal continues in normal mode.
