Trading EURCHF market hits stop loss with no take profit given. Closed trade and doesn't show up in history!!

This problem or glitch has happen too many times in the past.  Targets hit with to profit given or close a trade manually with profit showing and no profit added to the account balance and the trade doesn't even show in the history.  This is just a demo account, but how can one trust the software with glitches like this?

Are you using netting demo account provided by MetaQuotes to test the beta versions of Metatrader??
Create the other demo account ...
Every broker (therte are a lot of brokers) are proposing demo accounts, and the data quotes/quality of the data) is related to the broker.
So, select the other broker please.

As to this glitch so it should be proven glitch. I mean: the other people should be able to replicate it (because it is the financial world and no one believes in any words sorry).
I mean: no any image/screenshot, no any log file, no any statement ... no any information abvout: is it MT4 or MT5 ... nothing?
If nothing so - nothing to discuss here sorry!
