MetaQuotes is not providing any real account.
And their demo account is just for testing the beta versions of MT5 or to updated for MT4.

You can open demo account with the broker; any broker (which are proposing MT4 or MT5 are providing the demo account to use for free).
besides, if you want to open real account so you should contact with the broker (any broker you selected; there are a lot of brokers).
