"Error saving data" when trying to register as a provider. Support team told me to post on the forum.

It's not that it's being denied or approved. It's literally displaying a "Error sending the data" message and won't even let me submit the application.

approval takes place in 2 steps:
1) the first thing is to have readable documents and photos in pixel format as required by the system.
2) when you take the photo the "qr code", you have to have the light behind the camera or smarthpone with which the photo
only when both photos are of the right quality and the right pixels, the request will be accepted,

Did you also upload your QR code photo?
I was getting the same thing. I then realized that my QR code photo was not selected properly.
I know it's been months and your problem is probably resolved by now. But this is for anyone else facing same issue.
Whatever the problem you'll see a tiny little red alert icon next to that problem field.

I can't seem to register as a provider. Every time I fill out this form: (https://www.mql5.com/en/users/t_bot/seller/register) it says "Error saving data". There's no other messages that come up that tell me which data had errors. Tried several times and cannot get it to work.
