Can't subcribe a signal with enough money on balance

I wonder if I must verified seller status to buy a signal here because last time I tried to buy the signal above but It's nothing happened when I clicked on Subcribe button in Signal tab in MT4. The signal is from ICMarket and my MT4 from Exness so is that the problem or the problem is that account use EUR and my account use USD? And 1 more question if the signal owner's balance is $500 and my balance is $100 or $1000 and when he/she open position 0.5 lot so my account will copy with 0.1 or 1 lot by ratio?
Pls help! Thank!
No, you don't need to be a seller in order to subscribe to a signal.
The different currency is not a problem either, nor the smaller or bigger balance.
