Go to your signal page and click the edit option on the settings wheel on the far right side of your screen.

go to my signal and find setting in the right top and click edit and change your signal from private to Public

I am in. I finally managed to buy the signal. Thank you for your help. :)
Submitted a support ticket, but they have not come back to me. Not sure if they did something on their side.
I log out of mql5.com and went back to MT4 to try and buy again. The buy button worked for the first time. Crazy. I don't understand why that action fixed it.
