it is nit presed and it still sends the same alert that i send in the picture

So, it is you who did it especially (capital letters)?

Yes, you got much attention by using the capital letters but only in negative situation sorry ...

it was capital just to switch the keybored to english.. anyway.. do you know how to fix the problom?

close the charts, and login to this demo account once again.
if same so open the other demo account with the other broker which does not have this issue -
