How can i optimize an indicator ?

how can i optimize an indicator in the strategy tester of the MT4?

I mean optimize all the parameters like an EA for the best settings and results.

Is there any EA where i can put my indicator into ?

An indicator does nothing, so there's no result, so there's nothing to optimize.

You add parameters to your EA that you pass to the indicator, that the EA uses "for the best settings and results."

I mean i want to optimize an Indicator with buy and sell arrows as signal to use it later in an EA for binary options.

So i want to optimize the signals for the best results and test several indicators.

So how can i optimize the parameter settings with the strategy tester ?

There should be an EA where i put the name of my Indicator inside and then can grab the settings of the Indicator and optimize them... ? )

Optimizing anything for Binary options is the same as optimize anything for a casino. It does not change the outcome one bit.

Anyways, you will have to build the EA because there is none (You might want to check to codebase, but i don't think there is anything appropriate for BO), then like you say use the indicator in the EA you have build, then optimize in the strategy tester.

When you have an Indicator which gives the right signals for 5 minute trades, it can work very well..

Just need to find the right working indicator
