Agents not connecting

I have tried to install the Agents manage on several of our servers in work, it has connected 2 servers into my account which was using 24 and 4 processors, but the other server are never connected.

my account is saying 28 agents, and there should be at least 32

I Have done all this, and the agents are saying disconnected on any new installs. I am putting my account details, it is the same set up that I did with the one that did connect

They are running on servers with 64 bit processors ( windows server 2012).
