Problem fixed
MetaTester does work on Server OS :)
The solution was to 'export' the 'services' screen on the MetaTester GUI, then import that file to the terminal where the optimisations where being managed from
Now I have 3x 24 core servers and 1x 32 core server all working - I'm now confident to deploy the next 4x 24 core servers - that will give me what I need for now (200 cores)

Running MetaTester on Windows Server 2012 R2
I am getting weird errors on the terminal side that is trying to access the services on the Windows Server
It says in Journal :
Agent_192.168.1.85:2015 authorization on still connected agent
It then disconnects...
Any quick ideas?
