Failing to login to mql5 from MT4 terminal

Im failing to logon from the MT4 terminal but managing to do so from internet browser, what could be the problem.

I am getting this message in MT4 after trying to logon:

your account number is wrong and/or your password

re-check them

if still then contact your broker for that account
