I want to know that How many types of trading?

 

There are many types used in forex plus many variants. More common ones:

-swing trading/range trading

-break-out trading

-reverse break-out

-carry trading

-trend following

-position trading

-grid trade systems

-double up/down

...etc

all have strengths and weaknesses..

 

I would say there are only two. Manual and Automatic. But there are lot of subtypes of both....

 

There are so many different type of trading in forex. But the major type of trading has to do with swing trading ,day trading and position trading. In day trading all your buying and selling is being executed in one day. In swing trading often stretches over more than one day in order to take advantage of quote swing. While position trading has to do with traders looking for benefit from price movements over longer periods,it sometimes takes weeks even months to execute. In all these types of trading time frame is very important to any trader because it help the trader in developing ideas and executing strategy.

 

We have different types of trading styles, such as:

Automated trading: are created by converting system rules into a code that the computer can understand.

carry trading: this is one of the simplest strategies for currency trading where a trader buys a high interest currency against a low interest currency.

Day trading: this is the buying and selling of currency over a short period of time.

Swing trading: is a style of trading that involves earning profit from short to medium term swing in trend.

Discretionary trading : relies on a person's intuition and judgement to enter and exit a trade.

Fundamental Trading: Fundamental trading is an effective technique that helps a trader to decide when to enter or exit a trade based on market news because financial news are often the trend-setters in the short term.

Technical Trading: It is a style of trading which is about analyzing of the price chart for technical patterns and signals.etc.

 

There are 3 main types of Forex trading.

1/- Scalping

Open and close the trade with in seconds/minutes.

2/- Day Trading - also known as intr-day trading.

Open and close the trade during the day

3/- Medium term trading

Open and close the trade in 1 to 3 days time.

4/- Long term trading - also known as position trading.

Open and close the trade in 1 to 5 weeks time.

Next comes the Trading setup or Trading method or Trading system to actually open the trade. There are hundreds of method available to enter in market.

 

For new traders, they should start trading daily charts.

Do not trade smaller time frames because there is too much market noise present on lower time frames.

Swing trading is a very popular type of trading in the forex. This pattern of trading tries to make gains of a currency pair within the duration of one extending to four days. The trader is more focused on the patterns and price trend, he is not really after the intrinsic value of the currency pair in this case. It is a profitable way of trading though.

 

i like trade with long term strategy. we will analysis in detail. we will have more time for our order. but when we trade with this strategy. we must patience with market. don't hurry we will lose money and get bad signal.

 

To be honest there are lot of trading types available.
