I set a hot key to Alt-B for buys and Alt-S for short.
So when an IB happens on lets say the E/U and I want to place s buy stop I just press Alt-B and there it is
It will work if the high low spread of the IB is large enough
if not you will get some kind of error message than you have to place it manualy
