I was not suggesting to compare featires of the MT4 and MT5 terminals I was talking about the mql4 language.

Sure I agree on that if you are purely comparing the mql4 language only. I am now very confusing when I open both MQL4 editor and MQL5 editor at the same time on my PC as they look very similar. Also a lot of function getting for Market Info and Symbol Info are actually identical now between MT 4 and MT 5. I used to use IsDemo() function to check Demo account in MT 4 but now I am just using AccontInfoInteger to check demo account in MT 4. Copy and paste these same code for MT 5 too. Far easier to handle both of them. Regards.
