FIFO with non FIFO signal

Has any  American had any good experiences with non FIFO signals?  There is only 7 FIFO complaint signals on here and most of them have only been on here for a couple of months.  I was looking at the [name of the signal was deleted].  That signal has been at the top of the leader boards for a long time and his results seem to good to be true.  Does his American clients get as good of results?
