I downloaded the MT5 software onto my Windows 10 computer in the hopes of working a demo account for a while to practice Forex. Unfortunately for me, the program stays open for just a few seconds and then crashes. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as restarting my computer, but I get the same outcome. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? This is my first time downloading the software, so maybe I am missing something?

Hi Cooney1208,
I am not a specialist on Windows software and computer hardware so I hope someone will help here (if not so you can write to the service desk for example).
Beside, the log file will help to understand about what was happened with MT5 there.
And you can look at this post where I collected everything related to Metatrader with Windows 10.
