Judging from parameters, that is a combination of multiple indicators - without exactly knowing what and how is used in the code, it can not be reproduced

Dude, it's .ex4 file. Where do you get that?
You should ask the author of the indicator to add it for you.
Sure, there is a way to extract the signal from that indicator and make it execute alert sound but,
it's better if you contact the author. It's more "legal" that way.
