Why does the name of Signal Provider get replaced

Hi,

I have noticed while copying a signal provider that his name is changed in the position details to be FROM #number or TO #number. When this happens, I have also noticed that the positions get closed automatically on my terminal even if they are still open at the signal provider side.

This causing me losses every time I copy a signal provider.

I am not sure that it is the name of signal provider changed. I think - it may be partial orders closing (for example, it was one position opened with lot = 0.5 so some part of this position was closed with lot = 0.1). As to the losses (are you using iPhone or iPad?) so it depends on the system (which signal provider is using) and the brokers (same - not same).
