OK! I finally found a combo that ROCKS!!
I believe my new & improved strategy will also prove straight forward for an EA to trade.
It has a low drawdown and a great win/loss ratio; plus it is extremely profitable in the time frame I manually tested (May 23 through August 17, 2011).
Let me see if I can post the EXCEL spreadsheet, so everyone can have a look at it...

The WORST 7 day period was from August 10 to 17 and it had $742 in gains vs $198 in losses for a net profit of $544.00. I took off 3% of the profit to allow for slippage and we still turned a $1,000 account into over $14,000. Almost scary, but worth testing!
Tzuman, hopefully the coming hurricane won't stop you from programming!! :-)

Sorry its taken so long for me to respond. Tzuman has been analyzing my results and pointed out that, unknown to me, the signals were showing on past bars, so it would be like going back to the past and buying & selling with the benefit of todays data. Thats why the results were too good.
We are now 'under the hood', trying to understand the indicators and figure out the best way to use them.
Meanwhile, we could use a little help on the Dual Gann ZigZag strategy. (See post #86)
It actually trades rather well, but needs some polish to reduce drawdowns. From another website I obtained the DMI and QQE indicators, which have been used successfully by others with the Gann Hi/Lo. If you could do some creative work with them, that would be GREATLY appreciated -- and would benefit all.

Can you tell me what mar trend, etc. means?
I can't seem to find it anywhere.
And also, which of these ea s will put in trades automatically ? And what are the best indicators to use with the automatic ea ?

MAR Trend is the moving average reversal trend.
None of the EAs posted on this thread so far should be used for anything other than testing on a demo account
They SHOULD NOT be used on a live account.

I'm using a demo account. I still can't get any of these ea s to work. Some of the early 1.01 supertrends seemed to work for a while. And it seemed like you were trying to improve on them.
I can't code, I'm just a consumer. I don't mean to invalidate anyone.
But, I can work manually with just a 4x predictor and a mtf barry s/r. Works fine. I don't need an ea for that.
But, it seems like you're trying to get these ea s to work automatically. What am I missing?
