Over and over again error 130
Hi Tbt,
over the last days i had a few errors 130 coming in and thought it might be related to my manual interfering with the trades.
However....
Today i went live with the real money account and enjoyed the ride as you suggested, especially when the trades looked very promising and profitable in the early morning hours.
Then came the moment of truth where the trades' SL was modifed and executed. All fine, except for 3 trades where the modification to pull the SL to a "2 Pip break even" did not get triggered becuase of the error 130 i believe.
It was not a big deal at all as it was a small amount, but i would rather be sure assured that ALL modifications are actually happening, as otherwise i need to babysit my trades the whole day to make sure that the signals are not geting lost somewhere.
Could you please one more time explain in a few simple words why this can happen and what we could do to prevent it?
By the way i was thinking of taking profits this morning on the peak at 7.30 when you scaled out, but did not do it
. Nevermind, it is more important to get my greed and emotions under control than cashing in those 20 Euros.
I am curious about how you will handle major events like Fed announcements and so on.

Mmmm ...sorry ...this wont work with FXDD, to trade under $1000.00 you need a NANO Broker account(IBFX Type) ...not a MICRO Account(like FXDD)

Is it possible that your "buyer_stp_broker=" is on TRUE? ...this should be on False...
If not! ...please ..close your MT4, restart your computer, and re-insall your RAS BUYER ....this could be related to a corrupt dll file...

Mike ...these errors message are related ...to a special area ...when the trade reach this area ....it become control by 2 diffrent SL ... fix ...and hidden, But ...this message(error in your case) wont affect your trades ...at all ...and .. yes ...this message will be repeat ...and repeat ...till it reach is new level of SL control. But ...this is not ...an official ...errors
here is ...what is it ...on our mt4... and this ...as no effect on your execution trade

Mmmm ...we believe ....those trades was suppose to be ...BreakEven + 2 PIP ...just hope ...that ...the broker did not refuse your new SL ...because ...a quick FX mouvement...
Be sure ...your Net connection, computer, windows ....are ..at there best ....because ...this become ...important ..to get ...all the SL ...working properly...

This remember me ...when we reach ...our first 5Digit $$$$$ account, we start to ...panic, and try ...everything ...and ...like switch OFF the EA ...for those big news, or ...switch to BUY only ...or SELL only ...or ...close trade already active ...ex ....but once again ...most of our move ...was wrong!!! ...now ....we let IT GO!!!! ...no matter what!!! ...like our DEMO account...
we recommand you to look again our small youtube video, ...we did not choose ...the best sequence, we choose one ....that you can see ...GOOD trades ...and BAD trade too ... please ...go look it again ...and look(and learn) how we move our SL....

Keep going, babyYour problem is because seller stop levels are not allowed by your broker.
Read MT4 manual.
Sellers is placing stops on a level that your broker does not allow you to do.
Example:
Seller place an stop 10 pips above the entry price. But your broker minimum stop levels is 15 pips and you get error 130.
