Usually once I have hit my targets for the day in Forex I tend to shut the computer down and go for a swim then do anything else that involves no computer and no mobile phone.

The hitting the target only comes after you have finished your 3 to 4yr apprenticeship in Forex.
Those that stay the course rake in the Pip$.
