I set up a new account this evening and I am also getting the error that Young Chang was getting. Does anyone have a solution?
Where would one find this file because I think it worth a try creating an empty file by that name.

rbcI did not test this particular case which few members reported. I just resent all your reports to the developers and thay said that it was fixed and new version of RAS EA will be uploaded on RAS website soon.

Because usually how those reports are going?
Members are reporting, I (or Linuxser) am testing same or similar cases and if bug so we are reporting to the developers. If not bug - we are helping the members on the thread.
I hope that it was fixed and waiting for new version as well.
Error went away after fist trade.
So I guess it is no big deal. But still it should be fixed. Thanks y'all.
