I don't think that something that could be called a best support/resistance exists. Historically pivot points are used for the longest time, and if we reason that what survived for so long a time should be worth something, then the choice falls to pivot points as the oldest

That indicator is based on fractals. Fractals can not appear on the first closed bar (because of the way fractals are calculated)
