Nkcoghill, in some cases it can repaint, there is a version here: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/174338/page2 that doesn't repaint.

thanks do you know of a nrp one thats with applied price though? and the one I posted is with 3 colors, is there a nrp one with that? or is that third color just to show where it repainted?

The nrp version that has applied price options is here: https://www.mql5.com/en/forum/174338/page2 and in moving averages to get the third color the way it is coded the previous moving average would need to have the same values as the current moving average, and this very seldom happens.

nevermind i see tat the one you posted has 3 colors, but it differs from the one I posted in terms of when the third color happens, is this because of the repainting you think?

Renamed SSA normalized indicator (repaints) - name does not mean anything - take libssa.dll rename it to "BAMSBUNG.dll" and you can compare it to SSA normalized bamsbung-no_repaint.mq4
