Renamed SSA normalized indicator (repaints) - name does not mean anything - take libssa.dll rename it to "BAMSBUNG.dll" and you can compare it to SSA normalized bamsbung-no_repaint.mq4

In my opinion does not matter who and why. The problem is is that people are mislead - no wonder that people do not trust indicators usage but are running to equally bad EAs (it is easier to see that something is wrong wit the indicator than with the EA)

In the end, the damage is big (not because someone pretends that s/he is the coder f that stuff, but because the users are left without their money because they were told that "it does not repaint")
