eurusd 1 and 5, i have two instances of mt4 installed.
What Currency pairs? EUR/USD, AUD/USD, EUR/JPY, NZD/USD, USD/JPY are the only ones I use for this.
Also, make sure you are avoiding news releases and high volatility times. An economic calender that has news schedule is here:
